Piper Perabo is a Golden Globe nominated
stage, film and TV actor. She was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in New
Jersey, she graduated summa cum Laude from Ohio University. In 2000, she was
cast in a breakout role in Coyote Ugly. Since then, she's been featured in
films such as Christopher Nolan's "The Prestige" featuring Hugh
Jackman and Christian Bale, "Because I Said So" with Diane Keaton and
"First Snow", with Guy Pearce, "Cheaper by the Dozen" films
starring Steve Martin, "Imagine Me and You" featuring Lena Heady and
Matthew Goode and the crime drama "10th & Wolf" featuring an
ensemble cast that included James Marsden and Dennis Hopper. She was also a
part of the cast with Bruce Willis (with Joseph Gordon Levitt), Emily Blunt and
Jeff Daniels in Rian John's sci-fi action film "Looper". On TV,
Perabo played Annie Walker in all 5 seasons of USA Network's spy drama
"Covert Affairs." Following that she co-starred in ABC's 2016 legal
drama "Notorious. You can also stream "Turn up Charlie" on
Netflix with IdrisElba. She made her Broadway debut in Neil LaBute’s
controversial play "Reasons to be Pretty" and was nominated for the
Tony Award for the Best Play. Perabo is an activist as well as her stage and
screen performances. Perabo has been an International Rescue Committee Voice to
help people who have been forced to relocate through persecution, war or
political oppression. Piper resides in Los Angeles and New York City. Graduated
from Toms River (NJ) High School North class of 1994. She was part of all school
musicals. Her senior year she was Katie in "Meet Me in St. Louis;"
junior year, Cousin Fan in "Mame;" sophomore year, Lady Brighton in
"Me and My Girl"" and freshman year, she was a dancer in
"How to Make it in Business Without Really Trying." She was high
school president of the National Honor Society, and as editor of Polaris, the
school's literary journal. As a dancer for the field show she was a part of the
Marinerettes during high school.
